Welcome to Niyati Eventz Pvt Ltd! We’re excited to help you plan and execute your special occasions. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before engaging our services:

  1. Booking and Confirmation:

To secure our services for your event, a non-refundable deposit is required upon booking, as agreed upon during the consultation phase.

Your booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit and a signed contract outlining the scope of services to be provided by Niyati Eventz Pvt Ltd.

  1. Service Scope:

Niyati Eventz Pvt Ltd will provide event planning and coordination services as outlined in the contract.

Any changes or additions to the agreed-upon services must be communicated and approved by both parties in writing.

  1. Client Responsibilities:

The client agrees to provide Niyati Eventz Pvt Ltd with all necessary information, including event details, preferences, and any relevant documents, in a timely manner.

Any delays or changes in the event details must be promptly communicated to Niyati Eventz Pvt Ltd.

  1. Payment Terms:

Payment terms will be outlined in the contract and must be adhered to by the client.

Final payment is due prior to the event date, unless otherwise specified in the contract.

  1. Cancellations and Refunds:

In the event of cancellation by the client, the deposit is non-refundable.

Cancellations made within a specified period prior to the event may incur additional charges, as outlined in the contract.

  1. Liability:

Niyati Eventz Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries incurred during the event, unless caused by negligence on our part.

The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits, licenses, or insurance for the event.

  1. Vendor Coordination:

Niyati Eventz Pvt Ltd may recommend vendors for the event, but the final decision and contract arrangements with vendors are the responsibility of the client.

Niyati Eventz Pvt Ltd is not liable for the services provided by third-party vendors.

  1. Force Majeure:

Niyati Eventz Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under the contract due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, or government restrictions.

  1. Termination of Services:

Niyati Eventz Pvt Ltd reserves the right to terminate services if the client fails to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined herein or if the client engages in any unlawful or unethical behavior.

  1. Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes arising from the services provided by Niyati Eventz Pvt Ltd shall be resolved through negotiation and mediation between the parties.

  1. Governing Law:

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

TERMS & CONDITIONS for Travels

  • 300 Kms is minimum Chargeable for outstation travel
  • Kms and Time will be calculated from Garage to Garage
  • Night Charges will be applicable between 22:00 hrs to 06:00 hrs
  • Government taxes as applicable
  • Passengers should not carry any goods like weapons, inflammables, firearms, ammunition, drugs, liquor, smuggled goods etc and any other articles that are prohibited under law.
  • In case of any breakdowns en route Niyati Eventz Pvt Ltd will arrange replacement vehicle at the earliest based on the distance from Office, Niyati Eventz Pvt Ltd is not responsible for any breakdowns of audio, video and air conditioning equipment en route or in the middle of the journey.
  • Niyati Eventz Pvt Ltd does not allow any pets on board its service.
  • Prices exclude Check post, Toll and Parking Charges
  • Interstate Taxes/Permit Charges for outstation travel will be applicable
  • Online payment charges may apply if customers are paying by net banking, credit / debit cards.

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY

  • Customer may CANCEL their booking minimum One day before the trip.
  • In case of cancellation of booking, cancellation charges as applicable will be levied.
